Visual Click Software, Inc. announces the release of DSMETER for NDS and NetWare

November 1, 2000, Austin, Texas -- Today, Visual Click Software released its first Automated NDS and NetWare Attendant, DSMETER. This new product provides automated tracking of NDS and NetWare File System Security Changes; Granularity of NDS' Create and Delete Privileges; File Server Inventorying; NDS Hidden Object Locator; Login / Logout Tracking; and Failed Login Tracking.

"DSMETER serves as a base platform for a whole line of new automation features for NDS and NetWare" said John T. McCann, President of Visual Click Software. "Through its easy to use interface, the network administrators can track and trap NDS and NetWare activity and receive custom reports of what they need."

The entire DSMETER product interface was written with Visual Click's first product, click:VISION Manager (CVM). "Our ability to quickly define and create DSMETER was enabled by our use of CVM to build the interface" said Steve Garms, DSMETER Product Manager.

Visual Click Software, Inc. is a privately held company based in Austin, Texas and includes John T. McCann as its Chief Product Architect. Mr. McCann has been creating solutions for network administrators since 1985. He has authored several books on network administration and programming.
